I’m sorry, but our neighbors to the south are just too damn funny

A picture in the Sunday NYT (New York Times) yesterday shows a young woman with all the garb taking a refresher target practice course.  Honing hers skills with a .38 S&W.

Police Force maybe?

Security Guard?

NCIS?  FBI? CSI Miami?

Nope nope nope

A kindergarten teacher.  I repeat, kinder…garten…teacher.

Big lined paper…check

Crayons…check

Weekly readers…check

Bulletproof vest, ammo, carry permit, earplugs…check check check

I could not fathom living in a world where the teachers have to arm themselves to protect a room of 5 year olds.

Something is beyond repair I think
